7-Day Return & Exchange Window

Important Note: All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, you must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and product images.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons. These include:

  • Final sale / Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/custom products
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange within your 7-day window:

  1. Contact our support team via email
  2. Provide your order number, product images, and reason for return/exchange
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions
  4. Ship the item back to the provided address

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
